Ok, so ya’ll know i’ve tried the vegan thing and actually really enjoyed it. I”m going to try to stick to it, perhaps not as militantly as most vegans. I’m doing it more for my health than for animal rights.
Here is a fun little list of how a vegan lifestyle can improve your well being. I got this from My Life as a Vegan.

1) Vegans on average live 6 years longer than non-vegans.
2) The average vegan total cholesterol level is 128. The lowest level for a heart attack is 150.
3) Milk consuption has been linked to cholic, ear infections, asthma, and a whole slew of other diseases.

5) Vegans dont consume any cholesterol
6) Vegans dont smoke, and smoking is one of the leading causes of death
7) 33% percent of Americans are OBESE, while only 2% of vegans are

Now that Live Earth is done and dusted, Madonna hasn’t wasted any time in getting back into the studio:
Oh oh I smell trouble! Not trouble trouble but I sense something really awesome in the making. Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Timbaland and Keisha Buchanan of the Sugababes were photographed arriving at a West London studio.
JT has been working with Madonna for some upcoming projects, which should be something very interesting. Come on look at that group, you know something absolutely outrageous is gonna come out of that union.
